Be your own boss, choose your own days, and get paid clearly for every parcel. Flash Drive matches you to a delivery contractor in your area and gives you the app to manage it all.
However you want to work, there's a place for you — and you'll know which applies before you start.
Be your own boss. Choose your days, see round offers from contractors near you, and accept the ones that suit you. You claim your vehicle and fuel as expenses and pay your own tax. Most couriers drive this way.
Prefer a steady wage? Some contractors take couriers on as employees. You get your own app — your contractor assigns your rounds, your hours are logged automatically, and payroll is handled for you.
The pay is clear, the hours are yours, and the admin is done for you.
Set your availability week to week — work 2 days or 6, including Sundays. You're in control.
Self-employed couriers earn £90–£210 a day — paid every 2 weeks for the first 2 months, then monthly. Employed couriers are paid a regular monthly wage.
You don't need to arrange hire-and-reward insurance yourself — that's covered for you.
Track earnings, set availability, see invoices and request advances — all on your phone.
Need cash before payday? Request an advance withdrawal straight from the app.
Invite friends to drive — earn 2% of their pay for their first 3 months.
Most couriers are onboarded and on a round within 3–7 days.
Fill the short form, answer a few eligibility questions, and upload your driving licence and proof of address. About 5 minutes.
We match your postcode to a delivery contractor covering your area and pass on your application.
The contractor reviews your documents and confirms your right to work. You'll hear back within 1–2 working days.
Get your login and the courier app. Accept round offers that suit you — or pick up the rounds your contractor assigns — and start earning.
If you've got these four things, you can apply right now.
A full UK licence, held for at least 12 months.
Access to a car or van — your own, leased, or hired.
The legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
You must be at least 18 years old to drive with us.
It can be either — it depends on the contractor. Most couriers are self-employed: you're your own boss, you choose your days, see round offers and accept the ones that suit you, claim your vehicle and fuel as expenses, and pay your own tax to HMRC. Some contractors also take couriers on as employees on a wage, with a dedicated app and your hours logged automatically. You'll know which applies before you start.
You need access to a vehicle — a car works for many rounds, a van is a plus. It can be your own, leased or hired. You don't need to arrange hire-and-reward insurance yourself.
By bank transfer. If you're self-employed, you're paid every 2 weeks for your first 2 months, then on the 15th of every month — and you can request an advance withdrawal in the app if you need cash sooner. If you're employed on a wage, you're paid a regular monthly salary through your contractor's payroll.
Most couriers are onboarded and on a round within 3–7 days of applying — faster if your documents are ready.
Absolutely. Most of our couriers had no delivery experience when they started. The app guides you and there's always someone on the phone if you're stuck.
If multi-drop rounds aren't your style, Flash Drive also runs long-distance jobs — single pickup, single drop-off, paid by the mile. Big mileage days = big take-home.
Long-distance couriers sign in with a business code, vehicle reg and a 4-digit PIN from their contractor.
Apply online in five minutes. We'll be in touch within 1–2 working days.
