We use your vehicle reg as your long-distance login ID (e.g. YE19 ABC). The class determines which jobs you're eligible for.

SELF-EMPLOYED LONG-DISTANCE COURIER SERVICES AGREEMENT (v1.0)

You are self-employed
You are engaged as a self-employed independent contractor. You are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance to HMRC. You can accept or decline any individual job and may work for other delivery platforms.
What we expect
Collect each consignment on time, capture a photo and signature at pickup and drop-off, drive lawfully and treat each consignment with reasonable care. Report any incident promptly via the app.
Vehicle & insurance
You provide the vehicle. Long-distance courier work legally requires three insurance policies: Hire and Reward motor cover, Goods in Transit (min £5,000) and Public Liability (min £1,000,000). Most of our contractors hold a fleet policy and add approved couriers as named drivers — if you're matched with one, you may not need to buy your own. Solo independents must hold all three.

Pay
You are paid a per-mile rate set by your contractor for each accepted job. Billable distance is the shortest standard route per Google Maps. Pay is fortnightly for your first 2 months, then monthly. Optional advance withdrawals up to 25% of confirmed earnings.
Liability
Your liability for loss or damage caused by your wilful misconduct or gross negligence is capped at £10,000 per incident.
Termination
Either side may end this agreement on 7 days' notice. Either side may end it immediately for material breach, insolvency or a relevant criminal conviction.
Data
While on a live job, the Flash Drive app records your GPS location. Location is NOT recorded when no job is in progress. Your contractor and the Platform Operator can see live location during a job for operational and dispute-resolution purposes.
