The whole onboarding process takes a few days. Here's exactly what happens.
Click apply, fill the short form, upload your driving licence and a proof of address. About 5 minutes.
We check your documents and confirm right-to-work. You'll hear back within 1–2 working days.
Once approved, you'll receive your contractor ID and PIN by email plus a link to install the courier app on your phone.
Show up at the depot, pick up your parcels, deliver, submit your end-of-day stats in the app. Pay lands the following week.

Most couriers are onboarded and on a round within 3–7 days. Faster if your documents are ready when you apply.
Owning a van is a plus, but it's not a requirement — most of our couriers use a mix of small and large vehicles to do their rounds. You also don't need to arrange your own hire-and-reward insurance — we've got that covered for you.
Self-employed contractor work. You're your own boss — you choose your days, claim your van and fuel as expenses against tax, and pay your own tax to HMRC. We don't take PAYE deductions.
By bank transfer. For your first 2 months you're paid every 2 weeks, then from month 3 onwards you're paid on the 15th of every month. Earnings are calculated automatically from your daily submissions in the app and you can see exactly what you've earned at any point. If you need cash before payday, you can request an advance withdrawal directly in the app.
Yes. You set your own availability week to week. Some couriers do 2 days a week, others do up to 6 days including Sundays. As long as you commit to the days you accept, you're in control.
Not at all. Most of our Leeds couriers had no delivery experience when they started. The app shows you exactly what to do, and someone from the team is always on the other end of the phone if you're stuck.
